The former president’s niece publicly called out Meghan McCain for ducking her appearance on “The View.”

The outgoing “View” co-host complained that “people automatically assume [I’m] going to be a lazy, spoiled brat” whenever she’s taken on a new job.

“This is not about defunding anybody,” Whoopi Goldberg shot back at Meghan McCain on “The View” Wednesday morning.

“Do you understand critics that think you were too silent during the last attack?” McCain asked the Jewish majority leader before repeatedly pressing him to decry antisemitism.

The out-going “View” host complained on Thursday that she offered to help Team Biden reach vaccine-hesitant Republicans but they turned her down.

McCain still speaks fondly of her former Fox News bosses, however, “she’s really outgrown it, and they’re just batshit crazy over there,” said one confidant.

McCain announced on-air that she will leave the ABC talk show at the end of July—after four tumultuous years.
